MUNICIPAL CONCERT
The programme to be given in the Town Hall on Saturday evening next by the Municipal Band will include Beethoven's C minor Symphony. Tschaikowsky's “1812” overture, Weber’s “Jubel” overture: march, “Freedom’s Triumph”: morceau, “A Memory Garden”; and intermezzo, “Crushed Petals.” Mr. Jean Dellore, with Mr. Leo Whittaker, at the piano, will sing vocal excerpts. Booking, which is advisable, is at Messrs. Lewis R. Eady and Son, Ltd., Queen Street.
