MORE INFECTIOUS DISEASE Infectious diseases in the Auckland Province show a decided increase for November as compared with the number of notifications for October. Altogether, 145 cases were reported, compared with 105 for the previous month. All cases were fairly widely scattered, from the Far North to Opotiki in the south. The cases were distributed as follows: North Auckland, 23; Central Auckland, 69; South Auckland, 43; Coromandel -Opotiki, 10.
