CARDINAL LOGAN’S BROTHER
jDANKHEAD, a five-year-old gelding by Logan Pointer from Lady Superior, own brother to Cardinal Logan, was expected last season to get a stake, but in three starts he failed to get even a portion of the prize. He made a better start this season, as at Oamaru on Labour Day the Cardinal’s brother was a good second to Heroic, which suggests that he will not be long collecing a stake. Bankhead is in the improving pacers’ heat at Wellington on Saturday.
