COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waimea, which arrived at Auckland this morning- from East Coast ports, sails at 4 p.m. to-morrow on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Waipiata is to load at Dunedin on Wednesday, thence Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington for Auckland. The Kaituna, from Greymouth, left Westport at 5 a. in. on Saturday for Auckland, where she is due to-morrow. The Wingatui sailed from Dunedin at 6 p.m. on Saturday, via Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington for Auckland and is due here next Monday. The Kaimanawa is to load at Westport next Saturday for New Plymouth and Auckland and should arrive here about Thursday week. The Westport Coal Company's steamer Canopus is expected to load at Westport about Friday for Auckland. The Waipori has been fixed to load at Greymouth on Thursday for Auckland and should arrive here about Sunday next The Kartigi, which sails from Auckland at S o’clock this evening for Westport, loads at the coal port on Thursday for Napier and Auckland. The Kamo arrived at Auckland this morning from Southern ports and berthed at the Prince’s Wharf. She leaves here at noon on Wednesday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. The Katoa, from Port Craig via Bluff, is due at 'Wellington to-day and probably sails to-night for Auckland, where she is due about Thursday. The Gunbar has been further delayed on the East Coast and now arrives at Auckland next Thursday. She is to leave here the following day on her return trip to East Coast bays, Gisborne and Napier. The West Ivan is to leave Lyttelton to-morrow for Dunedin, thence Bluff to complete her discharge of Pacific Coast cargo. * The Waikawa arrived at Napier this morning from Lyttelton and leaves tomorrow for Nelson and New Plymouth to put out the balance of her Pacific Coast cargo. The Athenic arrived at 'Wellington this afternoon from Auckland and sails on Wednesday for Lyttelton and Port Chalmers to land the remainder of her Liverpool cargo. The Atholl is to leave New Plymouth on Wednesday for "Wanganui to put out the remainder of her Nauru phosphates. The Pacific Transport sails from Auckland to-morrow for Westport for bunkers before proceeding to Makatea to load for Newcastle. The lonic leaves Lyttelton to-morrow for Port Chalmers and Bluff to complete the discharge of her London cargo. The Richardson steamer Awahou, arrived at Auckland yesterday morning from the East Coast, and berthed at Queen’s Wharf. She loads to-day and to-morrow, and sails at 5 p.m. to-morrow for Tokomaru Bay, Tolago Bay and Gisborne. The Mako, which arrived her on Saturday from the East Coast via Portland, is loading to-day at Prince’s Wharf. At six o’clock this evening she is to be dispatched for East Coast bays, Napier and Wairoa. The Hauiti, which left this morning for Coromandel and Colville, is due back again at 10.15 p.m. to-morrow and will be dispatched the next day for Kopu and Turau. The Apanui left shortly after noon today f Mrcuryero d day for Mercury Bay and Tairua. She is due back again early on Wednesday morning and will be dispatched at midnight the same night for the Great Barrier.

The Waipu sails at nine o'clock this evening for Kerepeehi. She is due back again late to-morrow evening. The Clansman leaves as usual at five o'clock this afternoon for her weekly trip to Russell, Opua, Whangaroa and Mangonui. She is expected to arrive back again at 7.30 a.m. on Friday next. The Matangi, sailing at 7 p.m. to-day for Tauranga, arrives back again at 7 a.m. on Wednesday next. The Ngatiawa, which has replaced the Rangitoto temporarily on the AucklandThames run left this morning. She is due back again at 8 p.m. to-morrow. The Omana, which sailed shortly before no nto-day for Brown's Bay, Arkles Bay, Manly, Deepj Creek and Silverdale, returns again this evening. The Taniwha, arriving at midnight tonight from Paeroa, sails again at nine o’clock to-morrow evening for the same port. The Claymore, due at 3.30 a.m. tomorrow from "Whangarei, sails again at 7.30 p.m. the same day on the return trip. The Otimai is to be dispatched at 10

o’clock to-morrow morning: for Kutarere and Opotiki.

I The Tiroa arrived at Auckland early yesterday afternoon from the East Coast. ' She loads to-day and sails again at noon to-morrow for Hicks Bay and Gisborne, i The Isabella de Fraine sailed from i Hokianga at 6 o'clock yesterday morning i for Kopu and Auckland. She is due here j to-morrow and sails again the next day for the same port. The Scot loads and sails to-morrow for Waipu. After completing her annual overhaul and survey, the Ronaki left last evening for Warkworth. The Matakana. in continuation of her voyage from London, leaves Auckland on Thursday for Wellington and New Plymouth. The Norfolk, at present completing her discharge of Liverpool cargo at Port Chalmers, commences Homeward loading there. The Tongariro, now loading at Auckland, sails from here next Saturday for Napier, thence Wellington and Lyttelton to complete. The Turakina sails from Napier to-day for Wanganui where she continues her loading programme. The Mahia is to sail from Wanganui to-morrow for Bluff to continue her loading for South America and England.
