In Japan the natives have a habit of reversing nearly everything. according to our accepted ideas of how things should be done. Thus the Japanese workman pulls the plane towards him, a blacksmith blows the bellows with his feet, the cooper holds tubs with his feet, and nearly everyone sits to work! Horses are put in their stables reverse ways. Japanese screw's screw to the left, and Japanese locks lock to the left!
