Messrs. Robt. C. Carr and Son have been instructed by the Public Trustee iri the estate of Elizabeth O'Meara, deceased, to sell by public auction at their rooms, 20 Swanson Street, on Frida'. December 9, at 12 noon, a small bungalow situated opposite the Swanson railway station. Messrs. Robt. C. Carr and Sen have also been instructed to sell at their rooms on the same date a six-roomed dwelling situated at S 3 King Edward Street, Dominion Road. Messrs. Bye and Selyt, instructed by the district public trustee, will sell bypublic auction to-morrow, December 2. at 11 a.m., the whole of the furniture and effects at the residence of the late J. It. Godkin, 6 Hasbury Avenue, Mount Eden. Mr. H. H. McCarthy is the auctioneer. A grand opportunity of purchasing good second-hand furniture is offered at the sale by public auction of a large and varied catalogue of furnishings and garden tools of every description to be conducted by Messrs. J. H. Ansell and Co., on the premises of the “Ponsonby Market."" 150 Ponsonby Road, on Monday next, December 5, at 10.30 a.m. The lease having expired, the auctioneers’ instructions are to sell without reserve, and the sale will be carried on each day until everything is sold. Mr. J. H. Ansell will be the auctioneer.

Horne, Ltd., will sell by public auction at their auction room, Horne’s Buildings, High Street, Auckland, to-morrow, Friday, December 2, 1927, at 1 p.m., under conduct of the registrar of the Supreme Court, a house of four rooms and every convenience, built 29 months ago, on a section 46 feet by p.s feet, situated No. 79 Shaekleton Road. Mount Eden.
