Messrs. Robt. C. Carr and Son have been instructed by the Public Trustee iri the estate of Elizabeth O'Meara, deceased, to sell by public auction at their rooms, 20 Swanson Street, on Frida'. December 9, at 12 noon, a small bungalow situated opposite the Swanson railway station. Messrs. Robt. C. Carr and Sen have also been instructed to sell at their rooms on the same date a six-roomed dwelling situated at S 3 King Edward Street, Dominion Road. Messrs. Bye and Selyt, instructed by the district public trustee, will sell bypublic auction to-morrow, December 2. at 11 a.m., the whole of the furniture and effects at the residence of the late J. It. Godkin, 6 Hasbury Avenue, Mount Eden. Mr. H. H. McCarthy is the auctioneer. A grand opportunity of purchasing good second-hand furniture is offered at the sale by public auction of a large and varied catalogue of furnishings and garden tools of every description to be conducted by Messrs. J. H.
