SUMMER SHOW
ATTRACTIVE PROGRAMME CHAMPIONS ON VIEW A show', winter or summer, is always an attraction, and enthusiastic ciowds will attend the Auckland A. and P. Association’s Show, which will oe opened next Friday and concluded on Saturday. , . A great amount of work is-being put into the preparation for this event ot the year, with the result that it promises to be a big success. The society is presenting a programme of entertainments that has not been attempted before. The animal sections will include a number of tho champions seen at the Royal Show in Christchurch. Jumping events and whippet racing will be featured on the programme. The latter is a new sport for Auckland and gives every indication of proving popular.
