Markets arid Money

A Review for Business Men

ON THE ’CHANGE MARKET IN GOOD TONE DEMAND FOR COALS Despite the fact that only limited business is recorded on ’Change the market in several sections has a decidedly tone. In banks, New Zealand’s are active on a firm market. Most other shares in this section are in good tone. Commercials are slightly easier. Coals continue well up in investors’ favour with few sellers on a strong market, and any tendency upward. Timbers and woollens are idle. Miscellaneous shares register little activity and many are neglected. Mining is quiet with practically no movement in the market. Gilt-edged securities continue in good demand on a firm market.
