OFFICIAL QUOTATIONS Under date November 26 the High Commissioner for New Zealand cabled the following resume of London markets:— HEMP Manila declined early this week and “J” grade November-Deeember shipments sold at £4O ss. The market was firmer at the close, and Jan. ua.rv-March shipments sold at £4l. The sisal market is dull with small sales at reduced rates. Closing values for No. 1 November-January shipments were £35 10s to £36, and No. 220 s less. There has been a small inquirv for fair and common New Zealand afloat. Closing values for November-January shipments were: Higlipoints, £34- fair £32; and common, £3l.
