FELL UNDER TRAIN
MAN KILLED INSTANTLY PLIMMERTON FATALITY Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sunday. A shocking fatality occurred at the Plimmerton railway station at 5.30 p.m. on Saturday. In trying to leave a train while it was in motion, Mr. William Nimmo, aged 21, the eldest son of Mr. W. A. Nimmo, a wellknown Wellington business man, fell between the carriages and the platform. Death was instantaneous. His body was terribly mutilated before the train came to a standstill. An inquest will be held to-morrow.
