RESULTS FROM THAMES
SIIAW SHOOTS WELL (From Our Own Correspondent) THAMES, Sunday. The fine marksmanship of G. Shaw was a feature of the weekly shoot of the Thames Rod and Gun Club yesterday afternoon. Throughout the season Shaw has shown excellent form and a good attendance of sportsmen fully appreciated his shooting. The following are the results:—No. 1, six bird sweepstake.—W. R. Smith, 1; G. Shaw, 2; McDonald, 3. No. 2, seven-bird sweepstake.—W. R. Smith and A. Brien shot the possible and divided the stake. No. 3, eight-bird shoot.—W. Spake and G. Shaw secured the possible. Shaw won on the shoot-off. No. 4. seven-bird.—W. R. Smith, 1; G. Shaw, 2. No. 5, seven-bird.—W. Sparke, 1; G. Shaw, 2; W. R. Smith, 3. No. 6, quail drive.—G. Shaw, 1; W. R. Smith 2; A. Brien, 3.
