COMING-OF-AGE PARTY

A very pleasant evening was spent at the Glenfield schoolroom recently, when a dance was given by Mr. and Mrs. Ross, of “Bonacord,’’ in honour of the coming of age of their eldest son, John. The schoolroom was attractively decorated with balloons, streamers and a wealth of flowers. Mr. Chas. Chandler acted as M.C. During the evening dancing was enjoyed and games and musical items lent variety to the programme, which concluded at midnight with the singing of “Auld Lang Syne.”
