OLD ACTION RECALLED KING AS WITNESS By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. \ LONDON, Tuesday. The death is announced of Mrs. Arthur Wilson, the widow of a Hull shipowner, aged 84 years. She was the hostess at a house party at their residence, Tranby Croft, in 1891, when baccarat was being played. King Edward, then the Prince of Wales, was present, and Sir William Gordon-Cnmming was accused of cheating. Mr. Wilson was co-defendant when Sir William brought an unsuccessful slander action, at which King Edward gave evidence.—A. and N.Z.
