DEAN INGE ON BRITISH INFERIOR TO EUROPEANS By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. LONDON, Monday. The Dean of St. Paul’s, Dr. W. R. Inge, in a lecture to the members of the Science Guild of Birth Control, said if it was plain that there was no room for large families, the people must act in accordance with their duty to their children and to the country.
