Siddons has issued citations for contempt of court against six persons allegedly involved in the charges cLf m S e / mg with the J ur y the reanle° ' frauii trial, on the motion of tne Government counsel. Those cited are Harry Sinclair, one of those charged with fraud; two of his lieutenants, Clark and Day, WilUam Burns and his son, Sherman, and Charles Veiteh, the head of the Burns’ Baltimore Detective Agency, all of w’hom must appear on December 5 to show cause why they should not be cited fojj contempt of court. Conviction carries a maximum sentence of one year’s imprisonment and a £2O fine.—A. and N.Z.
