WALKED INTO TRAM DUNEDIN, To-day. Yesterday afternoon a man named Simpson Dunn, aged 63. walked into the side of a moving tram in Customhouse Square, suflering serious injuries. He was removed to the hospital where he lies in a critical condition. PILLION RIDER DISLOCATES NECK TE KUITI, To-day. Last night a young mah named Charles .Gates, aged 21, when riding pillion cn a motor-cycle near Piopio, was thrown heavily to the ground when the machine ran over a dog on the road. The injured man was brought into To Kuiti and an X-ray examination at the hospital disclosed that h 3 had suffered a dislocation of the neck. He is still alive, but his condition is precarious.
