A NOVELTY SHOW A novel and very interesting performance in aid of the Auckland City Mission Funds will be presented at His Majesty’s Theatre to-morrow evening by the pupils of Miss Cecil Hall. “The Vanities,” as the production is termed, comprises all manner of striking novelties in the field of dance, song and story. Brightness will predominate, not only in the costuming, to which department special attention has been paid, but also in the very effective scenery and lighting effects. A thrilling Spanish opera-dance play “A Night in Seville/' a humorous potted pantomime, “A Cinderella Charleston.” and an elaborate Hindu dance play, "The Miracle of the Lotus,” are only a few of the spectacular dance scenas to be presented. The entertainment also includes vocal and instrumental numbers and promises to.be of a particularly varied nature. The box plan is now open at Lewis K. Eady and Son, Ltd.
