ROWING REGATTA AT CHRISTMAS (Ffom Our Ot#h Correspondent) TAURANGA, Saturday. The Tauranga Rowing Club members are in steady practice in view of the regatta to be held on December 27. The following crews have been selected provisionally:—Youths’ Fours: R. Neal (str.), W. Pearce (3), O. Broad (2), R. Merrielees (1). Light Maiden Fours, “A”: G. Denniston (str.), N. Campbell (3), J. Fenn (2), E. Agate (bow). Light Maiden Fours, “B”: R. Howell (str.), G. Gibbs (3), A. Gosling (2) and Gilligan (bow). Maiden Fours (open weights): C. Randel (str.), J. Gifford (3), J. Berridge (2), F. Bickers (bow). Junior Fours: C. Tonkin (str.), N. Turner (3), C. Hand (2), G. Lindal (bow). Junior Paws: C. Hand (str.), G. Lindel (bow). Maiden Double Sculls: J. Gifford (str.), G. Gibbs (bow). Senior Single Sculls: W. Turner, G. Lindell.
