DIXIELAND’S COMPETITION

The entries for Dixieland's <£loo dancing competition close on Monday. The competition is for the amateur dancing championship of the North Island. The first prize is £SO. the second £2O, the third £lO, and £2O will be distributed among the wi % lers of the semi-finals. There is no entrance fee and the decision will be by public voting. Entry forms can be obtained at Dixieland and at Eccles, chemist, His Majesty’s Arcade. All forms must be in by Tuesday. The first heat will he on Saturday afternoon, November 26.
