UNFOUNDED REPORTS ZINOVIEFF NOT ARRESTED By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. Both are at liberty.—A. and N.Z. ARRESTS IN LATVIA REVOLUTION COMMITTEE MONEY FROM MOSCOW Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Wed. The Riga correspondent of “The Times” says that the Latvian police have arrested a revolutionary committee of seven, including the Soviet’s plenipotentiary, Behrsin, who was one of the chief commissars at Moscow in the Bolshevik reign of terror in 1919. He had many passports and much money, the latter received from Moscow.—Times.
