HAMILTON SESSIONS ’ LIST OF CASES (From Our Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, To-day. There will be six criminal cases fo.r trial before Mr. Justice Herdman at the Hamilton Supreme Court sessions commencing at Hamilton on November 22, including two cases of alleged theft, one each of alleged cattle stealing, arson and forgery, and one of alleged negligent driving causing death. Seventeen civil claims are set down for hearing and there are 12 petitions in divorce.
