INCREASED OUTPUT
STANDARD CO.’S PLANS Reports of the annual conference of the Standard Company of Coventry, England, which was attended by some hundreds of distributors and agents from all parts of Great Britain and the Dominions, record the enthusiasm with which the announcement of the company’s policy for the coming 12 months was received. A constantly increasing output is the Standard order of the day, the demand being especially keen from the various overseas markets served by the company—a demand ascribed to the production of a special overseas model embodying /the features which have come to be recognised as requisite for the arduous motoring conditions that prevail outside the Mother Country. The directors announced their immedi-
ate plans for a big increase In the size of the plant and its daily output capacity, so as to keep pace with the flow of orders.
