CAR DESTROYED

FIRE IN GARAGE A car owned by Mrs. E. Wallbridge, of Ascot Road, Mangere, was destroyed by fire early yesterday morning, along with the garage in which it was housed. When the car was put in the garage about midnight everything was quite in order. About three o’clock Mr. Wallbridge noticed the flames, but was unab!e to check them. The nearest fire brigade is at Oneliunga.
