AIR FORCE RECRUITS ANNOUNCEMENT SHORTLY (Special to THE SUN.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The selection of the ten recruits for the Territorial Air Force, who are to be sent to the Sockburn Airdrome for three months’ training, is now almost complete, and it is expected that the names will be announced at the end of the week. The Director of Air Services, Major T. M. Wilkes, will leave for Auckland to-morrow and there the selection committee will hold its final meeting to interview applicants. The applicants are also being medically examined and the names of the chosen ten will be available on Major Wilke’s return.
