Can Typist Do The Job?

When appearing in the Corrigan livery last spring Typist ran two good races at Alexandra Park. On the first day of the Auckland fixture the Great Audubon mare was close up third to Arran Chief and Nelson Fame, and on the final day she filled second berth to Luvan, who beat her by a neck. Typist, who is a descendant of Typewriter, winner of the 1906 Auckland Cup, is now receiving attention at the hands of J. Paul, and is on the end of the Mangere Handicap.
