STUFFED TOMATOES IN JELLY Select six large tomatoes, cut in halves, and scoop out the centres. Fill each half with the following- mixture: Grate 4oz Cheddar cheese and it up with loz of butter, one tablespoonful of salad oil, one teaspoonful of mustard, a little salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. When the halves are filled, place them together again and put each tomato into a small mould or cup.
