METROPOLIS” IS DUE HERE NEXT YEAR
PINEMA Art Films (Australia and New Zealand), Ltd., Have some interesting attractions for the coming year. Mr. Leslie P. Davis, managingdirector, who is in Auckland, says that although the company is only a few months old the contracts made assure its success. Auckland audiences may expect to see during the year: "Manon Lescaut" (adapted from Massenet’s opera), “Metropolis,” “Tartuffe,” "Wrath of the Gods,” “The Sea Wolves” and “Crazy Maisie.” The new organisation is free from foreign control.
