BANISHMENT LIKELY LONDON, Monday. The Riga correspondent of “The Times” says it is suggested that Trotsky and Zinovieff may not only be expelled from the Communist Party, but also banished from Russia. The Communists have decided to pacify the extremists of the Opposition by relieving loyal peasants of taxes and simultaneously restricting landowners’ privileges, the depriving them of the right to vote and increasing their taxation to an intolerable degree.—“ Times.”
