In connection with the announcejuent that the Minister of Internal Af:*lrs has notified Waipapakauri Racjß - Club of his refusal to allow the club to race at Takapuna this season, r®® in the event of failure to race hawakawa it must forfeit its totausator permit, the Waipa Racing J~iub has telegraphed to the Minister that if a permit is available, jvaipa’s claims to an extra racing day snould not be lost sight of.
