The vice-president of a tourist agency, referring to the reasons for the non-inclusion of Australia in world tours, said; “Cuttings we have received of newspaper comment on our passengers w-ere far from conducive to sending American tourists to Australia.

“We have, as far as we know, always been welcomed in any other portion of the world with out touring vessels, but one would gather from the observations of the Press In Australia that such was not the case at the different ports where our ship touched.”—A. and N.Z.
