DANGEROUS MOTORISTS These are the young men who cause so many fatal accidents,” said Mr. F. K. Hunt, at the Onehunga Police Court this morning, -when imposing a fine of -a and endorsement of licences on G. E. Hyauiason, a young motor engineer, for driving a car at 40 miles an hour across the intersection of Five Road and Royal Oak on the evening of October 8. The defendant was warned that this next offence would be met by a cancellation of his licence. For riding bicycles on the footpath A. Gilmore, P. Platt, D. J. Barker, and R. J. Grant -were each fined 10s and costs. For failing to attend parades, F- T. Gibb was fined £1 and costs. R. Newby was fined 10s and costs for parking an unlighted motor-car. C. W. Williams, for working at his trade on Sunday, /to -wit, selling fish to motorists on Mangere Bridge, was fined £1 and costs.
