“DANCE MAGIC”
Ben Lyon and Pauline Starke have the stellar roles in “Dance Magic,” the fine comedy-drama of the Great White Way, depicting every phase of New York life. Spectators are carried from sumptuous Fifth Avenue apartments, to unpretentious boarding-houses on the East Side; from tiny night clubs to the biggest revue on Broadway; from Wall Street to the Bronx and -Harlem. Pauline Starke as the unsophisticated little country girl, who seeks fame and fortune as a dancer on Broadway, and who became entangled in the hectic night life of the gay city, has a very colourful role. Ben Lyor* as the blase young man about town is well cast.
