WELLINGTON, Tuesday. A S a fitting advent to the bex ginning of summer time Mr. T. K. Sidey, father of the Bill to become law this week-end, is to broadcast from 2YA on Saturday evening a short talk to the people upon the prospects of the alteration of standard time, together with friendly advice upon how to receive the change.
