THE GREEN TRAIL
Redf eath er, — Oft, in my rambles round the border of the friendly circle, I gaze upon that tranquil trail which led me to the Wigwam. But now many moons have passed since my arrival, and each day, and every night when the pale moon flings her light upon the trail and the leaves that fringe its border give back a. reflected glimmer, I see many new Braves and Chiefs journeying to their joyfu l destination. Between the rising and the setting of the sun the friendly Wigwam rapidly extends. —BRAVE HUNTER.
