“ NEW TAKAPUNA HALL Takapuna is to have a new communitv hall for women's work. The Takapuna Womens Progressive Deagne decided yesterday that the fund raised several years ago as a tribute 1 to the women of the borough who P* their services in the Great liar should be used for that purpose The funds now amount to over £6OO. Mr* \V K. Wilson said that she would provide a site in Killarney totreet f °lt U wia a stated that the money had originany been intended for a cottage onginrf-i tliis suggestion had not building of a hall.
