A QUIET WEDDING
TAYLOR—HAWKINS A very pretty but quiet wedding took place at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Claudelands, when Miss Ethel Marion Hawkins, eldest daughter of Mr. John C. Hawkins, of Hamilton, was married to Mr. Percy H. Taylor, son of Mr. J. Taylor, of Feilding. The bride entered the church on the arm of her father, wearing a pretty dress of ivory crepe de chine, trimmed with panels of silver tissue lace, with a coronet of orange blossoms and a beautiful hand-embroidered tulle veil. She carried a beautiful .white shower bouquet. The bridesmaid. Miss Mary Attwood, j of Cambridge, wore a powder blue I crepe de chine dress, trimmed with j primrose knife pleating, and wore a I hat to match. She carried a shower I bouquets of primroses and violets. After the wedding the guests were I entertained to .a dainty breakfast at } the Haeremai tea rooms. After the j usual toasts Mr. and Mrs. Taylor left j by train for a trip to the South.-
