EMPIRE
NEW PROGRAMME A strong nautical flavour is present in Leatrice Joy’s latest starring picture, “Eve’s Leaves,” the story centring around the adventures of a sixteen-year-old girl on board a schooner in Oriental waters. Cecil 33. De Mille has given Miss Joy a splendid supporting cast for “Eve’s Leaves,” which comes to the Empire Theatre to-night. William Boyd plays opposite the star. Robert Edeson, veteran character actor, portrays the bluff sea captain, and Walter Long has the heavy role, that of a Chinese bandit chief. “For the Term of His Natural Life” will also be screened to-night.
