Pupuke Ladies A C grade match played by members of the Pupuke Ladies’ Golf Club for Mrs. Tysoe's prize was won by Miss Eriekson. Following is the draw for the match for Mrs. Barlow's trophy: Mrs. Scales v. Mrs. Lysoe; Mrs. Mills v. Miss Parker; Miss J. Parker v. Mrs. Mulligan; Mrs. Mclnnes v. Miss Erickson; Mrs. Barlow v. Mrs. Close; Miss Punnet v. Mrs. Randall; Mrs. Chisholm v. Mrs. Anderson; Mrs. Allen v. Mrs. Attwood.
Akarana Club In the semi-finals of the championship of the Akarana Ladies’ Golf Club, Alrs. Mueller beat Miss Mason, 6 and 4, and Miss Parrach beat Mrs. Beattie, 3 and 1. In the eclectic competition Miss F_ Ballantyne did the best round, 102, 35—66. The ladies will close the season with a four-ball bogey match to-morrow morning, commencing at nine o’clock, and long drive and approach and putting competitions will bo held in the afternoon.
Otorohanga Club (From Our Own Corrcspondent) OTOROHANGA, Monday. The Otorohanga Golf Club brought Us season to a close on Saturday, when competitions were played, and the prizes were presented. The driving competition was won by B. Griffith and Airs. Fortescue, and the approaching competition by E. L. Rees and Airs. Cowern. The president, Mr. P. Selbie, made the presentations of the season’s trophies as follows: Hendry Cup, G. S. Fry; Hendry Rose Bowl, Aliss Barker; president’s trophy, G. S. Fry; captain’s trophy, B. Griffith; ladies’ captain’s trophy, Airs. Simms; patron’s trophy, A. Craig; ladies’ oneclub competition trophy, ATrs. S. A. Cook; club championship, B. Griffith; ladies’ club championship, Mrs. J. J. AlcLeod. The president also made presentations to Air. S. R. R. ATorton and Airs. McLeod. The former is about to leave the district, and the latter has left the town.
