MUNICIPAL BAND
CONCERT AT ZOO
The fine programme of music to be rendered by the Municipal Band in the Zoological Park on Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock, includes the marches, “The London Scottish,” “The Cavalry of the Clouds,” and “The Major”; the hymn, “Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus”; overture, “Mirella”; “Reminiscences of Sullivan”; and “The Rose of Persia.” The popular transcription, “The Old Folks at Home,” will also be given in the idiom of many lands. A charming walzt from Wormser’s “L’Enfant Prodigue,” and other tuneful numbers, will complete the programme.
