IMMIGRANTS FOR AUCKLAND
ARRIVALS BY CORINTHIC Press Association. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Assisted immigrants who arrived by the steamer Corinthic to-day numbered 138, and included 28 domestic servants, 7 Flock House girls, and 38 Salvation Army boys. The ages of the boys ranged from 16 to 39 years. The total number was made up of 53 men. 72 women and 13 children whose destinations were as follows, the figures being, respectively, men, women and children: Auckland, 41, 11, 1; Gisborne, 0,1, 0: Napier, 1,4, 2: Wanganui, 2,6, 2; Wellington, 8, 36, 2; Grcymouth. 0. 1, o; Lyttelton, 0. 6. 0: Timaru. 0. 3. 2: Dunedin, 0,2, 1; Southland, 1,4, 3.
