GREYMOUTH’S SPRING FIXTURE CONCLUDES

VISITORS PREDOMINATE CARDINAL LOGAN’S WIN (Special to THE SUN.) GREYMOUTH, Tuesday. Beautiful weather was again in evidence for the concluding day of the Greymouth Club’s spring fixture. There was a good attendance and i the track was in fine order. The totalisator handled £11,849 10s j for the day, making a grand total of ! £20,010 10s for the meeting, compared with £24,370 10s the previous year, an increase of £ 1,034. As on the first day, racing was of a hign order, and tne visitors captured the majority of the events. Canterbury horses accounted for live first prizes, one went to Nelson, one to Westport.
