MOEPAI WINS TWICE Press Association. NAPIER, Monday. The Waipawa County Racing Club’s annnual meeting was held to-day in cold, showery and windy weather. There was a fair attendance of the public, and the totalisator handled £9,074, compared with £12,883 last year, a decrease of £2,809. A notable feature was Moepai’s double win.
