RACE ABANDONED
PAPATOETOE PIGEON CLUB
The Papatoetoe Pigeon Club's race arranged for Saturday met with. a series of mishaps, and had to be abandoned. The birds were forwarded to Huntly instead of Te Awamutu, and when liberated at the former station, just on an hour elapsed from when one pen was off till the next lot were got away, so it was decided that it be no race.
