BIRTHDAY PARTY TO-NIGHT

In celebration of the second anni- i versary of the re-modelling of Dixie- ! land Cabaret a monster “Birthday Ball" will be held at the cabaret this evening. The function is promised as one of the most magnificent and ambitious revels yet undertaken by the management. A huge birthday cake which patrons will be invited to share has been made specially to add originality to the evening. Dancing will commence at 5.30 p.m. and wiil continue until 1 a.m. The Famous Internationals, with Mr: Harry Xielson at the mighty Boosev Sousaphone, will supply music of the best and brightest. In short, patrons will ac- ! claim this evening’s celebrations as I the most entrancing night of fun yet | arranged at Dixieland.
