Institute’s Golden Jubilee. The Auckland Institute will celebrate its jubilee on November 7. All who have been members for the last 30 years have been invited to attend the 60th anniversary of its establishment. Milling Waipoua Forest. —The Auckland Institute has appointed a committee to inquire into, the possibility of milling in the Waipoua forest. It comprises Sir Edwin Mitchelson, Professor Thomas, Messrs. A. T. Pvcroft, W. R. McGregor and T. L. Lancaster.
