CALLED “A SCAB”
HARPING ON OLD THEME WATERSIDER ASSAULTED WHEN John Finl ayson, a waterside worker, was enjoying a P<nt in a city hotel yesterday, he was hit on the mouth and called a “1913 scab.” The hitter, Arthur Rutledge, was charged at the Police Court to-day with assaulting Finlayson. ~said he remembered nooung apart from the fact that Finlayson had challenged him to fight.
