CITY BOOKMAKER FINED £IOO
SPEEDY JUSTICE X-TARRY EMANUEL, whose office was visited by detectives this morning, was fined £IOO at the Police Court soon after his arrest on a charge of keeping a common flaming house. He pleaded guilty. Chief-Detective Cummings said that accused carried on an extensive business as a bookmaker. "Fined £loo,'* said the magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt. Bert Trill, who was found on the Premises, was fined 40s.
