These items included the well-known “Brindisi Chorus” and “The Anthem.” Reports from all over the city and from the country show that the new aparatus installed by the company specially for this relay was extremely efficient. Musical critics state that the reproduction of these pieces was remarkably clear and lifelike and all are asking that there will be further relays in the near future. This type of entertainment has proved extremely popular in other countries. The officials of the Choral Society deserve the hearty thanks of all listeners-in for their courtesy in allowing the performance to be broadcast. Other relays last night were taken from Scots Hall, where an entertainment in connection with the membership drive of the A.A.A. was in progress, relays were taken from Scots’ Hall, where an entertainment in connection with the membership drive of the A.A.A. was in progress.
