EXPLOSION VICTIM DIES IN HOSPITAL
MOUNT ALBERT MISHAP
Mr. George McMahon, who was injured through an explosion in a sewerage tunnel at Morningside. on Tuesday, died in the Auckland Hospital early this morning. Mr. McMahon was a married man, agt-d 52.
His companion, Mr. A. Watts, who was injured in both eyes, is reported to be improving. It is feared, however, that h£ will lose the sight of his ( right eyo. _—
