"DEPORTS of the Select Committee of the House of Representatives on several Auckland petitions were presented this evening. fpHE Government is to inquire into the petition of Stanley Bell Booth, of Ponsonby, Auckland, for the right to be examined under the Dentists' Registration Act. THE Public Petitions Committee made no recommendation on the petition of Herbert Kilburn, of Auckland, that his son be placed on probation instead of imprisonment. ... V"0 recommendation is made by the Education Committee on the petition of A. M. Cowan, of Kumeu, who sought an allowance on account of services rendered as school teacher at Niue Island. tpHH Public Petitions Committee recommended that the petition of Thomas Charles Duncan, of Auckland, for suitable employment on account of hardship should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.
